Our firm is a general practice which concentrates in those areas helping clients going through what we see as the most stressful parts of life: Domestic Problems, Bankruptcy/Debt Relief, and End of Life Planning (Probate and Estate Planning, Guardianship, and other areas currently referred to as Elder Law). My office and its staff prides itself on our ability to offer pragmatic, rational advice in these areas, while at the same time acting as forceful advocates of our clients' best interests. We are a small firm, and we are proud of our ability to give individual attention to each client's unique needs, as we help clients navigate the rough seas of their legal problems. We are currently associated with renowned local attorney John DeVito, and we are doing business under the name of DeVito & Visconti, P.A., a professional association. Our address remains the same as before. One year ago, we were pleased to welcome into our practice Attorney Joan Canavan of Walpole. Joan brings 18 years of experience with her, and is a most welcomed addition. I first met her when we were on opposite sides of a divorce matter, and am happy that I no longer have to oppose her. She will be concentrating in the fields of Domestic Relations, Guardianship, Litigation, and Real Estate, although she brings with her expertise in many other areas of law. The purpose of this web site is to provide information on myself, my firm, and on various topics of law.
